Now Jesus did not promise to leave behind a perfect Church full of GOOD people. He is not able to do that as we must have the free gift of FREE CHOICE. Whether we are going to be good or bad is our CHOICE and God cannot and will not tamper with that. When we read about the Early 7 Churches in Asia in the first 3 chapters of the last book of the Holy Bible, REVELATION, we find them full of problems and satan is already doing his dirty work. From being a drop out movement of wild starry eyed fanatical lovers of Jesus and the LOST people of the world, the Church soon became very powerful. It became big, organised and extremely influential. It became political and controlled governments and kings and queens. All this would have been fine if the top of the Roman Catholic Pyramid was filled with people of integrity and the character and goodness and love of their founder Jesus Christ. Satan, the enemy, knew and knows that to be impossible because we are all tainted with SIN and fall back into sin very easily given the wrong circumstances. In my blog SKELETONS I wrote that God had left behind the skeleton. The flesh that surrounds the skeleton cannot be tampered with.. That is our part. Very few people understand this and that is why the reformers tried to change what God had set up and they have not at all succeeded. From Martin Luther's efforts we have seen only split after split after split. Around 30,000 to be more precise. They tried to use the infallible Word of God as their skeleton. Do you love Jesus ??? I have stopped saying,"Do you believe in Jesus?" And instead I have started saying, "Do you love Jesus?" I have a wonderful job as I ask this question to so many people every day. "Do you love Jesus?" Then If I get the chance I tell them..."let me tell you why I love Jesus!" First...He has known me since I was conceived and ever so small. He knows about all my wonderfully good actions and thoughts and I show them my index finger and my thumb almost joined totally together but with a little maybe millimeter gap.. Then he knows all my wicked thoughts and deeds and I stretch out my arms as far as they can go.. Now at nearly 75 years of age, I fully realise that He is absolutely crazy about me! He loves me and you too if you will only believe His Word in the Holy Bible, so so so so so much that He volunteered to die on THE CROSS OF CALVARY FOR MINE AND OUR SINS! DROPOUTS AND SKELETONS!!!

I have been meaning to write on these two topics for some days now.. Drop outs and Skeletons! Why is it that so many people have very little idea as to what is really going on in the world??? I, because of my job, am meeting all types sizes, classes and nationalities of people every day outside the Dom Cathedral. Most of those I talk to have very little idea as to what is really happening in the world.. Why is this?? I think the answer is really quite simple.. The very stress that people are working under irrespective of their careers, prevents them from devoting any time to meaningful research. If you are a Lawyer, even a well paid and famous one, you will have to spend your efforts on your job for at least 8 hours a day. Then to really get on top of your job, most probably you will be bringing extra work home with you. Even your Saturdays will be busy and on top of that you have to keep up with your family obligations. Also you have to keep an eye on those who are competing with you for your job and looking for promotion in just the same way as you are. This would apply to just about all professions whether white collar, blue collar and or just plain garbage collectors. I have noticed that those who do know something about the alternative media and as to what is really going on in the world, are the drop out types. Students who are studying on their own or who do have time to spare.. Retired people who know how to use the internet. School teachers that have long holidays. The rich who do not have to work at a 9 to 5 job. These are a few examples of the kinds of people who do know what is going on. That is why I know so much. For the last 50 years I have been a drop out. By dropping out I can stand away from the big picture and get a birds eye, all round view of it and am not blinded by all the detail when close up and by all the cares and riches of the world. Being a Christian with a connection to the Lord of the universe, I am able to ask Him for help.. "Show me the TRUTH". And He does. This is what the Word of God tells us in Matthew ch 7 v 7...God's telephone number MAT77.  Check this out, and when you do have some precious spare time, "Try it...You just might like it!!" Now for Skeletons... Why is it that the Roman Catholic Church and the Orthodox are the only 2 Churches to really keep going, no matter what?? They have not split like the Martin Luther variety or the King Henry the 8th kind. These 2 break away groups are just about 500 years old and have split at lease 30,000 times into fragments. In Matthew Ch 16 v 18, Jesus promised to keep his Church going so what is His secret? Jesus was not able to leave behind him GOOD believers but just normal sinful men who would be open to the great temptations such as those that stem from..."Money talks and Bullshit walks!" And.."All power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.." So he left the skeleton. Now skeletons are famous for lasting where as flesh only lasts 3 score years and 10. The Dom Cathedral is a good example of a lasting skeleton. The Brits dropped 10 bombs on this magnificent edifice and it is still standing today. The Skeleton of the Catechism of the RC Church is carefully and thoroughly laid out and when I studied it I was very surprised to find that it was extremely Biblical. The very strict order of the Holy mass service is there and just continues and continues no matter what. I am a member of the Legion of Mary in Gummersbach and we have just conducted our 1050th meeting. This meeting is really rather boring in many ways but it sticks to a very strict order of proceedings. These could well be construed as boring and unnecessary but it is these very skeleton like gatherings, that have kept this movement alive throughout all the earth. Every L of M whether in Chinese French German or English will be conducted in exactly the same way and does not depend on whether the leader happens to be Charismatic or just plain boring. Our Holy Mass ceremony is exactly the same and again does not depend on whether the Priest is a nice chap or even a very unpleasant character. God has made it this way with a common skeleton that endures long after the death of some inspiring Charismatic Protestant Pastor. So there you have it..
