IRMGARD AND I EXPERIENCE  THE HAND OF THE LORD EVERY DAY...

HE HAS TO PERFORM FOR US CONTINUALLY BECAUSE IF HE DOES NOT, THEN WE STARVE AND WE CANNOT PAY OUR BILLS OR FEED OUR CHILDREN.

THIS IS VERY SIMILAR TO HOW IT WAS WHEN THE JESUS REVOLUTION FAMILY, THE COG BEGAN IN THE EARLY 70 s. 

There was no way we could feed the masses of new disciples unless the finances were in the hands of the Lord... 

HE HAD TO SUPPLY on one condition. 

On one condition only..

His children had to go out witnessing. They had to go go go not stay at home but 

GO..Mark16:15 "GO GO GO GO into all the world and preach the gospel." 

If we went, no matter how badly trained we were, HE WOULD ALWAYS SUPPLY.

LOST SOULS.....CASH YES CASH....TO LIVE ON AND MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL THE APPROVAL OF GOD HIMSELF JUST FOR YOU BECAUSE YOU DARED TO GO OUT THERE AND DARED TO TELL PEOPLE, SOME NOT SO RECEPTIVE AND SOME RUDE AND ANGRY BUT YOU WENT ANYWAY....SNOW RAIN WIND BLAZING SUN OR BITTER COLD.

Right now I'm coming home on the train with Irmgard, like Don Quixote with His Sancho Panza, after completing well over 2000 trips to Cologne IN THE LAST SIX YEARS.

Yes that's right more than 2000..6x365=2130 times..we missed a few days through sickness so round it off with 2100 times. 

Our very simple witness with the question "Do YOU know that Jesus loves you?" Is what we ask approximately 40 persons each little faith trip to Cologne. So let's say 80 people every day =2100x80=168000, not including the many who watch us and pretend not to listen. 

I've been thinking about that number 40 each, I think really it is much much more so that is pretty conservative. The mass witness must be huge.

We go out bearing our seed......just as it says in Psalms 126:6

"He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.” 

When we go out and start, it is always a huge battle. " Surely today, perhaps the Lord will not be there to help us??!!??!!"

Of course we start with a desperate prayer which goes something like this...

Lord we are here and we feel totally inadequate to do this job. We know that we cannot do this without your 100% cooperation. 

Lord, please protect us anoint us with your love with your wisdom and with your strength for our aging and ailing bodies. 

Please Jesus work through us and protect us from bad people who want to do us harm. Help us to avoid the devoid and if we do meet bad people unreceptive people help us to give kind understanding replies to them.

How much more time do we all have? THE WORLD IS GOING TO HELL IN A HAND BASKET AND WE ARE NOT LIVING IN KANSAS ANY MORE..

Grandpa said if you can't be a missionary at least support one. We are not half hearted as we go out every single day and could not even think of a better thing to do. 

NO HOLIDAYS DONT FEEL SORRY FOR US AS WE LOVE OUR JOB AND WE ARE CRAZY ABOUT JESUS, WHY????? BECAUSE HE IS CRAZY ABOUT US AND YOU TOO IF YOU Will HAVE HIM.
