THE SUPERNATURAL

The Supernatural!! I am a little hesitant about writing about this but when things like this happen it surely is a boost. We all need boosts from time to time... I have experienced some supernatural events in my life that were easily recognisable. Few and very far between.. I do remember chatting to the Lord recently along the lines that it would be an encoragement to see HIS hand in an obvious supernatural way. 2 days ago we were as usual outside the DOM cathedral and this time I was with a bunch of Indians Hindus from Bombay or Mumbai as it is called today. They were amused at the smattering of Hindi that I know and at the colourful Rosaries in my hand. They started taking pictures with me and me holding up the Rosaries. Nothing very unusual about that.. Then one of them came up and said.."Look at this!!! Miracle!!!" It was a picture of my very dark silouhet against the dark walls of the Cathedral. However around my head was a perfectly formed bright Yellow star/sun.. The handy that he was using was of an old model and nothing special or photo shoppy about it. I called out to Irmgard and she too was amazed at it. Of course he promised to email it to me when he gets back to India. Maybe he will and maybe he won't??? For me it was definitely a great encouragement as we are not often made to feel like we are doing a good job by our fellow cats laity and priests alike. Ha!!! It seems that God just wanted to show us His approval and it is only HIS approval that really matters. GBY and KGFG

And so it is with the world of souls, which is his garden. He wanted to have great Saints, to be his lilies and roses, but he has made lesser Saints as well; and these lesser ones must be content to rank as daisies and violets, lying at his feet and giving pleasure to his eye like that. Perfection consists simply in doing his will, and being just what he wants us to be. This, too, was made clear to me: that our Lord's love makes itself seen quite as much in the simplest of souls as in the most highly gifted, as long as there is no resistance offered to his grace. After all, the whole point of love is making yourself small; and if we were all like the great Doctors who have shed lustre on the Church by their brilliant teaching, there wouldn't be much condescension on God's part, would there, about coming into hearts like these? But no, he has created little children, who have no idea what's going on and can only express themselves by helpless crying: he has made the poor savages, with nothing better than the natural law to live by; and he is content to forget his dignity and come into their hearts too - these are the wild flowers that delight him by their simplicity. It is by such condescension that God shows his infinite greatness. The sun's light that plays on the cedar-trees plays on each tiny flower as if it were the only one in existence; and in the same way our Lord takes a special interest in each soul, as if there were no other like it.

PERSECUTION THE SOLUTION !!!

Persecution the solution! After writing my letter OTHERS, a very dear and very active Roman Catholic Brother in Christ wrote a very loving response to OTHERS Others, pointing out that there is another side to the coin. There are very active Catholics such as Mother Theresa of Calcutta as a prime example and there are many who pray for others, which is a ministry in itself. The Roman Catholic Church continues to exist because it has a structure which has survived 2000 years whereas the Prots just using the Bible split into many fragments. 1000 s of them not just a dozen or so. A Roman Catholic and I mean even the very best of them, has absolutely no idea, repeat no idea, how to lead a soul to a simple faith in Jesus Christ. The prayer that I pray with people more than 20 times a day of "Please dear Jesus come into my heart and forgive my sins. Please fill my heart with your love and give me the free gift of Eternal life" is totally strange to them. None of them including dear Mother Theresa would dream of sitting down with someone and getting them to say that prayer. For just about any Protestant that prayer in its simplicity makes total sense. I existed for over thirty years without any contact with a Catholic Priest or a Catholic service. I existed successfully following Our Lord and Saviour without the 7 sacraments, Mary and the Holy Mass. I survived just fine with my simple faith and the King James Bible which I use to this day having memorised great portions of it. HOWEVER i really and truly believe that it takes BOTH. Jesus knows that very well! So what is he going to do about it? He is going to allow severe persecution. The Daily Sacrifice of the Holy Mass will be taken away and we will be left with concealed Bibles and prison and martyrdom. Deny Jesus Christ as your Saviour OR your head will be severed from your body. So just as practically every Catholic has zero idea about leading a soul to ask Jesus to come into their heart, and no Prot has much idea about the 7 sacraments and the need to accept John Chapter 6 in a literal sense leading to the celebration of the Eucharistic feast and also John Ch 20 verses 21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. 22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: 23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained. Which lead to the sacrament of confession... In conclusion... we both... prots and cats.... have a great deal to learn from each other... I would dare say that the Cats have much more to learn from the Prots as so few Cats have any idea about a personal relationship with Jesus through a deep love for HIS HOLY WORD. I have never ever even with the very best of priests and lay people seen them take out their pocket Bible and explain a simple salvation plan...Romans Ch 3 v 23... John Ch 3 v 16.. John Ch 1 v 12 and Revelation Ch 3 v 20 to name a few of the key salvation verses. They ALL of them would not dream of doing that!!!!!!! THE WORD OF GOD IS NOT THAT IMPORTANT TO ANY ROMAN CATHOLIC... They get the Liturgical readings in the Holy Mass, and that is all they need...Why???? Because they are NEVER EVER taught how to share these portions of Holy Scripture which are the LIFE BLOOD for any Prot, with others. It is in sharing them, that they go down deep into ones soul. So to sum up... THANK GOD FOR THE VERY SEVERE AND CRUEL PERSECUTION WHICH IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER. Romans Ch 8 verse 28 will apply as usual.. I purposely do not tell you what these verses say as you need to learn to look them up for yourself. Spoon feeding is for babies but digging out your food from the amazing and wonderful word of God is for adults. OTHERS!!!!!!! Matthew Chapter 25 verse 40.... And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. This is a great name for a letter today Sunday the very last in April 2013.. Soon we will see all hell let lose..."The world is going to hell in a hand basket.." "We are not living in Kansas any more.." These are two famous American colloquial quotations.. I love em!!! And then there is my favourite..."Money talks and BULLSHIT walks!!" So what has OTHERS got to do with this??? Let's see.... I am slowly realising that it is really and truly, only, what we do for others and NOT for ourselves, that really counts... Eating Fish on Fridays....Going on Pilgrimages....Flagellation with a whip on your bare back....Daily Mass....Saying the Rosary....climbing up a stony hill on your bare knees so that they bleed....Fasting....Public Prayers....Reading your Bible....Going to Church...Putting lots of cash into the Offering....Going to lots of meetings.... I am sure there are more examples, but these few mentioned here will do for now.. All the above are a total waste of time...UNLESS... UNLESS....unless.... it is all done with the aim of bringing others into the Kingdom of God. When this aim is not continually in our Gun Site, then we are just HYPOCRITES!!! Maybe you think that this is too Radical???? I, and dare I say WE, follow a very Radical Messiah. So radical that His own RELIGIOUS leaders murdered Him with a slow torturous death. MOST OF THE ABOVE, NOT ALL, AS SOME ARE PRETTY RIDICULOUS, when done for others in your mind and in your actions, THEN, they are excellent.... This is my message for all who care to read this... SADLY THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH in as far as the laity are concerned, and a huge cross section of the Priests, have very little heart for Evangelism..I have never ever seen a Roman Catholic Lay Christian, or a Priest for that matter, out on the streets trying to bring the SIMPLE GOSPEL to others OTHERS!!!!! I am not sure that a Roman Catholic Christian even knows what the simple Gospel really is???? They have no idea how to share their FAITH.... Why???? Because they have absolutely no personal close relationship with The Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ especially through reading and studying and listening to what HE SAYS in HIS HOLY WORD the Holy Bible!!!! SOON, however, we are all going to be given the opportunity to be a MARTYR which actually means WITNESS! THE BEAST WILL TELL US...."""""Deny Christ!!!! or have your head chopped off!"""" God help us all to be faithful at this very last opportunity to be a WITNESS for OTHERSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! GBY and KGFG!!!!! Love 2 hear yr reaction...
