Just leave him out!!
Stick to JESUS.......
The devil plays a hugely important part in my Christian development...
Without him I would just be JESUS' robot....
Instead he is there all the time tempting me to turn away from JESUS
I am on trial 24/7/365
Let me give you a personal example from just yesterday..
We try to serve the Lord every day by going witnessing our faith to the souls from all over the world who go to cologne every day..
They mainly go to see a beautiful shrine..
The cologne cathedral, one of the largest in the world and contains the tomb of the three wise men...
We have made this trip well over 1000 times...
Now we rely on all our finances to result from our daily escapades to share the Gospel in a smattering of many languages that we have picked up in 50 years of being missionaries...HINDI...RUSSIAN....FRENCH....PORTUGUESE...HUNGARIAN...GERMAN....ENGLISH....GREEK....POLISH....SLOVAKIAN....DUTCH....
We meet them all every day.....
We need to make about 50 € every day to balance our books...not 40 not 100 not 70. But just 50...So this is financial... However God is a wonderful father and provider...
the devil's job is to continually.....CONTINUALLY.....convince us to the opposite...
After being on the streets and talking to and sharing the Good News of salvation and forgiveness through JESUS, we check out how we are doing financially..I have three euro and irmgard 2!!!!! Help!!!!! Today is going to be our first day in 1000 where we will go home defeated..we cannot do this job for more than three hours as it takes a great deal of virtue out of one..
It is raining and maybe (and definitely according to the devil) it is going to be a bad day..
Then at last someone stops talks...prays...and receives a rosary for a donation of 5€!!!!!
Spirits rise but then the devil says that 5 is all you are going to get today..just be thankful for five... Yes we are very thankful but I need 25 and irmgard the same..
Together we have 10... Just 20% of our total and we have passed the half time mark...
