Then he did kill HIM as He voluntarily allowed Himself to be tortured and murdered for the Sins of the whole world, including me and you.
Of course he wants to kill me too but he cannot until God allows him to. He is not a free agent in his will to kill me ore you especially if you are a disciple of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
That is so comforting...

A pleasure cruise liner enetred into a sever Hurrican and was in considerable danger of turning over and drowning all of the crew and passengers.
One scared old Lady who was extremely worried managed with great difficulty to climb her way up to the bridge of the Liner. She asked the surprsed Captain..."Are we in a great deal of danger?"
He replied simply, "WE will have to trust the Lord!"
To which she replied. "Oh my God! Has it come to that?"
Ladies and Gentlemen... Yes it has come to that!!!
