10 And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfythe afflicted  soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday: 

11 And the LORD shall guidethee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

WHEN I RECEIVED JESUS INTO MY HEART SOME 50 YEARS AGO...I WAS ABSOLUTELY OVERJOYED..I WAS IN LOVE WITH THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND EXCITING AND FULFILLING SPIRIT IN THE UNIVERSE...THIS HOLY OF ALL HOLY SPIRITS WAS ALL ABSORBING AND DESERVED MY VERY FULL ATTENTION..  

Many of my friends and colleagues who received Jesus at that time of refreshing in England during those amazing billy Graham crusades at Wembley felt the same way.. 

There was a problem though.. That first love like all human loves tends to wear off and wear thin after a time..
